We have performed extensive testing on the new SACRA website, however in the unlikely event that you should be experiencing any problems, please submit the details below and we will contact you in order to resolve any issues.

I forgot my Username
You can request your Username by clicking here.

My employer is paying for my membership. What do I do now?
There are two ways of handling these requests:
- Pay for your registration yourself and use the automatically generated invoice to claim back as an expense from your employer.
- For bulk subscriptions, companies must submit a Bulk Company Subscriptions Request (which can be done here). A single invoice will be generated. Registration Coupons will then be generated and provided to the company's authorised representative who may then distribute these coupons to individual employees who can then register themselves on the website, without having to pay for the subscription themselves.
How do I update my details?
You can access the User Menu on the right-hand side of the Home Page. Here you can update your details, manage your subscription and buy access to SACRA Member's Meetings if you are a Part-time Member.
